We do not offer installation services. We are strictly a cabinet distributor.

If your shipment is damaged, it is very important to note it on the delivery receipt and take photos of the damaged freight. As soon as you discover the damage, please contact our customer service team for support.

MAD Studio values all of its customers and we take the product we provide to our customers very seriously. For returns, we can only accept unused, undamaged cutting boards that are still in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any cutting boards that have been opened and used due to the fact they are used for food preparation.
If your cutting board arrives damaged, please take photos and contact our customer care team at support@madstudious.com. We will begin the resolution process within 48 business hours of receiving your email.
MAD Studio have a 30-day Limited Warranty for any damages or defects from production. The warranty does not apply to any of the following reasons listed below.
Not Covered Under Warranty
Damage From:
Normal wear and tear and stains
Intentional or accidental actions
Using the board for reasons other than its intended purposes
Cleaning it in the dish washer
Exposing the block to excessive heat, cold, or flames
Storing in damp or humid locations that could cause warping
Insufficient oiling and/or care of the board
Any alterations or abuse
